I'm selling an 8R30 7200 planter, equipped with Precision Planting seed metering units (no drive chains), Delta Force down pressure (no down pressure springs), and Clean Sweep to make row cleaner adjustments from the cab. I last used this planter in 2022, and it planted 125 bu/ac milo. Has been stored inside ever since. One issue I had was that the toolbar isn't quite heavy enough for the down pressure cylinders to operate as they should. I solved this by keeping the fertilizer tanks about 3/4's full or more with water, since I wasn't applying fertilizer in-furrow. The other issue one could have is the hydraulic requirement this planter requires. I used a JD 4650 and was at the top end of the hydraulic pump's capacity. Other than that, everything works as it should. I have the 20/20 Seed Sense monitor and all necessary harnesses, including the cable to the tractor battery. Also has Yetter row cleaners with the wide tread wheels. Open to fair offers.
