If you have your own tow-between cart, the drill could easily be converted to work it.  The air cart functioned when I last used it, but the electrical connections can be finicky at times.  If the cart was going to be used long-term, I would recommend checking all of the electrical connections carefully or putting on a new harness.  The air tanks have some dents, but they don't affect the carts functionality.
