The good:

• Very clean interior, never smoked in
• All maintenance done at recommended intervals, including fresh oil change
• Almost all highway miles (we’ve driven it all over the country without fear)

The bad:

• Needs tires and an alignment
• Original water pump (search Ford 3.5L water pump), although does not show any signs of leaking
• Typical Edge gremlins (backup camera occasionally does not come on, transmission shudder at part throttle, driver’s side door sensor occasionally thinks the door is open, interior light color resets)

The ugly:

• Two accidents, both deer, both times were able to continue driving, and both times professionally repaired
• Dent in hood from hitting a pheasant. Also bumper cover pops loose now on left side
• Small chip in upper right front windshield
