We are looking for an outgoing and optimistic individual  to be an assistant manager at a senior Section 8 apartment community in Hays, Kansas.  The duties include (but not limited to), helping oversee the day-to-day operations, showing and leasing apartments, all aspects of customer services, posting rents, other administrative tasks, creating lease documents and more.  The position is part time (16-20) hours.  The position also requires reliability, positive attitude, task management skills, problem solving abilities, and more.  Come work for a highly reputable company with over 40 years of experience.  We value family and respect in the workplace.  Our motto is "Being the Best as Partner and Servant".  We look for individuals that fit this mold.
