Springfield Armory M1A Scout Squad – Unfired – Vortex Optic – $1,750 OBO

I am selling my Springfield Armory M1A Scout Squad chambered in .308/7.62 NATO with the black synthetic stock. I purchased the rifle new and it has never been fired by me. It has been well cared for and is in excellent condition.

Included with the rifle:

-Vortex Strike fire 2 red-dot optic with low profile mount (also new, only mounted)

-Original Vortex box and paperwork

-Springfield Armory padded M1A rifle case

-Factory magazine

-Springfield Armory paperwork/manuals

-M14/M1A technical manual

The Vortex optic is currently mounted on the factory Scout Squad rail, but the rifle retains its original iron sights and can easily be used in its factory configuration.

I would also consider a straight trade or trade plus cash, depending on value, for an authentic WWII-era military firearm. I am primarily interested in original, matching examples such as an M1 Carbine, M1 Garand, German P.38, Luger, K98k, or other quality WWII military firearms.
