This is a commercial liquidation for a business that has decided to shut down after 12 years. Everything must go! Kim ran this business with her whole heart and had to make the hard decision to close down, partially because of the rising costs of supplies. She ran a great coffee shop, bakery, and catering service and it’s truly sad to see the business close. It was the reason some people traveled to Wellington over the years. Most items in this auction are commercial grade and were working at the time that the doors were closed. If it did not work, it will be stated in the description of the item. The items were unplugged and unhooked the best that we could. Now is the time to get supplies if you are in need. This sale includes commercial refrigerators, a commercial oven, workstations, shelves, a stove, mixer, sinks, cookware, bakeware, coffee grinders, espresso making items and smaller items for making coffee, décor, display cases and counters, tables and chairs, shelving, supplies, catering items and décor pieces, Christmas décor along with other holidays to make the shop and her events look festive, a rolling food bar, tea party items, chargers, display pieces, catering pans, flowers and backdrops, electronics, and more! Some items have been in a storage unit and need to be cleaned. There are no stairs at this property! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything sells AS IS. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.
