This crossbred Wagyu/Angus has excellent consistency and flavor. Angus cows, A I'd to Wagyu, tasty and lean.

I've just added a couple more photos of what a quarter of beef from this particular steer looks like. Cuts are as follows:

Each quarter has

53 lbs of Burger in 1 lb packs

4 packs of T Bones 2 per pack 

3 packs of ribeye steak 2 per pack

3 packs of bone in sirloin and they are big

2 packs of short ribs 3 ribs per pack

3 packs of chuck roast- big

2 packs of rump roast-big

1 pack of pikes peak roast

1 half pack of brisket 

The burger is bagged up and ready

Other cuts will be weighed individually when load your cooler and you only pay for the weight times 8 dollars per pound

Each quarter will be between 8-9 hundred dollars.
