I build and sell Patience poles, they are very heavy duty and well built. The pole is a 5 inch 12 ft post that is 1/4 inch wall thickness. They have new heavy duty trailer hubs and spindles at the top for the swivel and that makes them serviceable for a very long life. These are over built so you won’t have any problems, no matter what you tie to it unlike a lot of these you see for sale. 

They come raw steel unless you want them painted, for an extra $150 I will sand and paint them with a durable paint. But I am not responsible for paint after they leave here, they are very heavy and they will probably scratch and scuff in shipping and installation.

I recommend setting them 4 ft deep in concrete.
