Due to health related issues, I'm having to sell my RV.

Just finished upgrading it, last year.

New AC, furnace, water softener, and reverse osmosis for drinking water, on demand water heater with blue tooth thermostat , tripod hitch stabilizer, slide out jacks, skirting, blue-tooth leveling system, recoated roof, Lippert solid step entry stairs. Like new tires, adjustable locking wheel chocks. 50 ft 10 gauge electric power cord. New water pump. New microwave. Stove and Refrigerator are in excellent working condition. All interior 12-volt bulbs replaced with LED bulbs. And a Dish satellite w/Wally receiver. Film tinted windows, one-way, privacy when you have the curtains open. New doors for entertainment center, haven't had a chance to install them. Walk in shower, and porcelain toilet. New My-Pillow pillow-top RV mattress . This camper was in storage for over 10 years and considering it's age, it's in really good condition. Slide out works and is in good condition. New rear stabilizer jacks. One front drop down adjustable leg needs to be replaced, slightly bent and won't slide all the way into Jack. I will need to move out the things I have stored inside. Been using it for storage since I moved. I also have a RENOGY solar system that I was planning on installing this camper, but haven't been able to install it. I was going to pull it off my hunting backwoods camper, and install it on this camper, but due to health issues I've had to put it off.

You'll need a 3/4 ton pickup to pull it, it's solid and it's heavy.
