PCRC is looking for a Social Services Designee to join our team!

🕐 HOURS:
Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Friday | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

This position includes:
🏡 Supporting residents and their families
📋 Assisting with care planning & documentation
🤝 Advocating for residents and their needs
📥 Assisting with resident admissions & discharges
🚗 Providing transportation to and from appointments
🎨 Assisting with crafts and activities as needed
💙 Supporting resident rights and quality of life

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Caring & compassionate
✔️ Dependable & organized
✔️ A great communicator
✔️ Comfortable working with residents, families & staff
✔️ Experienced in social services or long-term care preferred
