HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
The Dodge City Medical Center Building is liquidating all remaining medical equipment, maintenance items, and office items. All items will sell to the highest bidder!
Medical Items:
X-Ray machine, Vmax Sensor, Medics lung capacity testing machine and analyzer assembly, Sciton profile laser, exam tables, Phlebotomy chairs, ENT treatment cabinets, an acoustical enclosure, and much more!
Building Maintenance items:
Floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet extraction machines, tools, hardware, janitorial items, commercial vacuums, industrial shelving, ladders, and much more!
Office Items:
desks, file cabinets, office supplies, storage cabinets, waiting room chairs, wall hanging office decor, furniture, commercial coffee systems, shelving units, and much more!
Various items:
Vending machines, refrigerators, medical collectibles, Kansas State Historical mural by artist Dennis Schiel, storage locker, a 65” LG TV,  portable canopies.

All medical items will need to be calibrated and are sold AS IS and as described. Buyers will be responsible for disassembly. The building has three floors, and has working elevators, but only cargo can travel in elevators due to the inspection not being up to date. Buyers will need to bring any tools, carts, boxes, etc. that they expect to use. We will have staff available that will take you to your lots, and can assist in loading, but will not assist in disassembly or moving of large items (i.e. vending machines, x-ray machine, etc.).
This is a very large building, and it will take time to gather your items. Items that require disassembling may be picked up by appointment and will be allowed more time.
Items can be viewed on Saturday, October 3rd from 10:00 AM CST to 2:00 PM CST. If you text your questions, they will be answered at this time as well. If you can’t attend, you can FaceTime us at the number below during this time if you would like to view any items in further detail. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots.

PLEASE NOTE:
There will be minimal staff available during the third day of pickup on Monday. Bring extra help if you are planning on picking up that day. If you absolutely can't make it during pickup times, please contact us before bidding. We will try to accommodate.

PICKUP:

·        Please have your bidder number ready upon pickup.

·        We accept cash, debit/credit card, and pre-approved check at the time of pickup.

·        We have staff on hand during pick up. They can assist in loading heavy items if needed but are not allowed to tie down or secure cargo. Staff will bring your items out to you, and folding tables will be available if you want to wrap or pack items. 

·        We have basic tools and carts available for use during pickup.

PAYMENT:

·        We accept Credit/Debit card, cash, or pre-approved check at pickup (the card on file is for registration only and will NOT be charged).

·        Payment can be made in advance online, or by phone (invoice will be sent to the email provided after the auction closes entirely. Invoice has a PAY HERE link to a secure server).

Auction Close:
Wednesday, October 7th at 6:30pm (CST)
4 lots a minute starting at 6:30pm with soft close and extended bid features
(the auction does not completely close out all at one time)
