HOME PLUS OPERATOR

Lead with Compassion. Make a Difference. Gove County Eldercare, Inc. Home Plus is seeking a motivated and compassionate Home Plus Operator to lead the daily operations of our resident-centered care home in Quinter, Kansas. 

What You Will Do 

Oversee daily operations of the Home Plus facility. 

Ensure residents receive quality care in a safe, home-like environment. 

Supervise, train, and support facility staff. 

Coordinate admissions, resident services, and family communication. 

Ensure compliance with KDADS regulations and facility policies. 

Promote resident rights, dignity, and quality of life. 

Qualifications 

Kansas Adult Care Home Operator Registration or eligibility to obtain registration. 

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. 

Healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred.
