Gorgeous and full Monstera Deliciosa! She has a stake to keep her growing in the direction she needs but would benefit from a moss pole or a cedar plank to encourage those big beautiful leaves to keep getting bigger and bigger as more come in! The 2nd picture is of her new leaf thats still unfurling and will spend the next couple of weeks hardening off.
Shes in a 7 in clear nursery pots in a chunky soil that is perfect for Monsteras. You can take the decorative pot also if you'd like. Its a 9 in pot so has some leca and rocks keeping the nursery pot stable. If youre wanting to put her on a moss pole, I can also send you with some sphagnum moss
