This Rheem 40 gallon natural gas atmospheric type water heater was used, but unable to determin how long the heater was in use.  It was repalced due to home owner wanting a tankless type heater and did not want to keep this one.  It is dated coded Aug of 2017 but the heater look to be in really good shap.  It came out of a home that was not used that much nor did it have more then 2 people living at any given time.  Cash only please
