The Harry Jordan Estate
Online Only Timed Auction
Gypsum Kansas

HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
Check out this Estate coming at you out of Gypsum Kansas.  Short and Sweet and it’s all got to go.  This is a Buy it All, Take it All or help us trash it type of sale with a handful of bulk lot buys.  Time is of the essence since the property is coming up for sale shortly.  We’ve got a nice lineup with a little bit of everything for everybody from a small silver coin collection, guns and ammo, misc. antiques, collectibles, vintage toys, general household and useful everyday items.  Please note this home was occupied by an older gentleman and would not necessarily be called clean and well kept.  Property was pet friendly as well as not pet friendly.  Kitchenware is grimy and will need cleaned. You are buying it dust bunny, grime and all.  Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.  A trash trailer will be provided for the items you do not want to take with you.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a Make Ready for Market Situation and time is of the essence.  One day only loadout and we ask that if you buy it, you come get it and you take it all or dispose of what you don’t want in the trash trailer to be provided.  All gun buyers must pick up in person. Buyers must be current residents of the state of Kansas, have a valid Kansas Issued ID, be 21 years of age or older, and maintain all of their 2nd Amendment Rights. We will not ship guns and ammo.
