Walther P88 Champion w 22 Conversion Factory Case

Very nice P88 Champion w 22LR Conversion slide and magazine. The P88 Champion is in nice condition, the previous owner took good care of it. There are handling marks as you would expect as this pistol was shot.

Walther made two versions of the frame, one is white and the other is black, as you can see this one has the rarer white frame.

The .22 conversion unit comes with one magazine and the. 22 take down leaver AND test target (very rare to have). The leaver is slightly different than the one for the 9mm slide. It is possible to use the 9mm take down leaver but it is a little easier to install the 22 slide with the correct take down leaver. Also, the recoil rod of the .22 slide has been upgraded. The tab on the factory 22 recoil rods were a little weak and had a tendency to break or bend. With the updated recoil rod this will not be a problem. I believe I paid $125 for the rod several years ago.
