EQUIPMENT OPERATOR I – Barton County accepting applications for Equipment Operator I for the Landfill until position is filled.  Starting pay - $12.00 per hour, time & a half for overtime. Maximum 23 hours overtime per two week pay period.  Position hours are 9 1/2 hour days, Monday - Friday; 8 1/2 hour day, alternating Saturdays.  Operates and maintains heavy equipment.  Assists with Household Hazardous Waste collection and with all other operations at the Landfill.  Must have valid Kansas CDL driver's license or obtain within 90 days of hire.  Successful applicant must pass drug screen, physical capacity testing.
