Just moved to Hays and elected to live on campus with my son but it's not working out. Things are way too noisey around here! I can get out of my lease with a 45 days notice or at semester. I am looking for something in a nice area that isn't outragously priced. I am looking for around 600 or less. Maybe more if it includes utilities. The main thing I am looking for is something pet friendly. I have a larger mutt that I would like to move in with us. She was professionally trained in Texas and I have papers to prove that if needed. She is about 4 years old and has lived in an apartmetn her whole life. I am willing to pay a pet deposit and pet rent if needed. Also willing to give rental references where I rented with the dog. I am an employed student but am a little older and have a child so there will be no parting and the apartment/house will be kept extremely clean. Please let me knnow if you have something that may meet my needs! =)
