I am looking for an apartment or duplex to rent July 1st.  I am on disability for back problems and I need a main level apartment only.  I can afford $450.00 a month.  A small patio or porch area would be great!  I have a 9-1/2 year old cat that is fixed and declawed.  My rent will ALWAYS be paid on the 1st!!
