Professional male with full-time job wanting roommate beginning June 1 (negotiable), or possibly sooner.
Wanting roommate to split rent. Cost is 300 per person per month plus bills. Electric/Gas/Internet/Satellite/Water. Varies month to month, but usually $150 per month maximum with all those bills.
House is very nice and centrally located away from campus. Bedroom is good sized (approx. 12 x 12), as is the rest of the house. Central Heat and Central air, plus a washer/dryer, and I have a deep freezer. House also has a garage. I have been parking my car in there, but if need be we can work something out there too.
