I have a smaller sized couch/loveseat.  Underside is very clean and new looking.  Very solid framing and spring set.  Is a plaid/checkered design of various greens/blues and red with white square lines.   It is only 5' wide (or long or from left to right) and 3' deep (from front to back).  The back is only 31" tall, which is lower than most full size couches.  It is 12 1/4"  from the floor to the bottom of the couch below the cushion.  The cushion is 6 1/4" thick!  So it's 18 1/2" to seating height.  It is 22" front to back in the seating area.  The cushion is 22" x 23" wide, for a total of 46" wide seating space, give or take!  It also has the cute matching throw pillow that is 14 12" square!!   Has had something spilled on it to the back and left side arm rest! (Right side if sitting) Unsure what it was? Have not attempted to get it off. Is not sticky nor does it smell bad! It's not a very thick stain as I can see the grid lines of the plaid squares thru the stain! So think it would come off easily!! (that is why it is so cheap!!)   Would accept Money Order for this as well!  I do have a Pay Pal account if that will work for you!  Would consider a check if on local bank and funds are verified!
