Grass feed, no steroids, or growth hormones.

18 month old steer grained out the last 60 days.

We raised it from a bucket calf.

We can arrange for delivery once deposit is made.

Ershman's charge .45 pound for proccessing. .25 for hamburger proccessing

This fee will be paid directly to Ershman's.

Do require 100.00 deposit per quarter of meat.
