Brand New - Never Assembled - Customer Return Item

Originally sold at Kohl's for $164.99

The reason it was returned was because of a slightly scratched chrome "mobile dome" - I would return it, too, if I were paying $165 for it.  I have included a picture of the chrome piece for you to look at.  

Other than that, all the parts are present - it has never been assembled
