I have an old chevy 350 block that is bored .040 over and $1500 worth of new parts to rebuild it including new scat crank, edelbrock cam and intake, new oil pan and valve covers, new valves and seals, oil pump, gasket and seal kit, bearings, push rods, starter, alternator, waterpump, and lots of other new stuff plus some used stuff. all that i know of that it needs to be complete is a new set of pistons ( the cheap ones that came with the rebuild kit cracked while being pressed on the rods). this engine has been sitting for awhile. $900 cash only.
