Signed & Dated Handmade 24” Large Rabbit Doll 1990 Country Stuffed Fabric Bunny

This charming country bunny is dressed in Sunday-go-to-meeting finery! She is made of a wonderful medium weight white cotton (or cotton blend) fabric, and she has pretty narrow pink and white ribbons tied to her long lop ears. Her dress is also made of a cotton or cotton blend fabric, and is a lovely shade of pink with a print of white latticework and tiny butterflies. The neck of the dress and the bottom of the gathered sleeves feature a pretty white eyelet lace trim. Her bloomers, which are gathered at the ankles, are the reverse, with a white background and a pink latticework and butterflies.

This special bunny was handcrafted by a seamstress who knew her craft ... and she was proud to sign her name to her work. She signed the bunny's tushy "Gloria J. Thornbrugh 1990." The bunny has been lovingly cared for since that time; she is in pristine condition. With her embroidered facial features, the bows on her ears and charming coordinating dress and bloomers, she will add a lovely finishing touch wherever you choose to place her: the middle of a bed, a vintage rocking chair or an antique settee.
