My fiance and I are relocating to Hays in about month due to his acceptance of a job there at FHSU. We are looking for at least a 1bdrm apt/home, preferably with a yard and at elast a one-car garage. The property must be pet friendly as we have a four-legged child; a Mastiff mix (about 90lbs). If you have something available or know of anyone who might, we would certainly appreciate the guidance.
