I'm a 36-year old Stay-At-Home-Mommy to a very active 2-year-old little boy. My college background and work history are in Early Childhood Education. I attended FHSU majoring in Early Childhood Education. I also worked full-time as a Special Education Para for USD 489 (Hays, KS).

I have a HUGE backyard with lots of outdoor toys for the kids to run and play (huge sandbox, slides, bean bag toss, sidewalk chalk, over-sized balls, Toddler picnic table, kid chairs, tricycles, wagons, play BBQ set, play lawn equipment, sprinklers to run through, etc.).

My house is a FUN place for kids to spend their day!  :) My entire main level is set up like a Preschool with different-themed play areas setup for the kids to play and socialize (Mega-blocks, sound puzzles, sound books, musical instruments, learning laptops, cooking station, reading nook, huge craft table in dining room, Play-Doh, paints, stickers, coloring books, etc.). PBS Kids will also be on TV throughout the day so the kids can watch their favorite shows in addition to other activities, playtime, and outdoor fun.

My home is a very kid-friendly, kid-centered environment with lots of interactive toys, crafts, and activities. I have indoor/outdoor activities planned for the kids to keep them busy and have fun. I re-invest a good chunk of what I earn right back into my daycare for new interactive toys, craft projects, games, and outdoor toys so the kids won't get bored.

My son LOVES playing outside and going on field trips! So we will be taking lots of field trips to the Russell Public Library (Storytime, Lego Club, etc.), Memorial Park, and wagon rides around the block.  I have brand new car seats professionally installed by certified car seat installers. You may provide your own car seat if you would like too. Safety is ALWAYS my top priority!

I maintain a very safe and clean environment for the kids. I have put in a lot of time and effort into getting my house ready for daycare and have worked very hard to make sure all kids have fun and enjoy their day at my daycare. Text or call me to setup a time to come visit and tour my daycare home. We are excited to meet our new daycare families and friends! :)

HOURS: Monday - Friday (7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) (I'm flexible on my open hours depending on parent's work schedule)

AGES: 18 months and up
