I am looking for a roommate in the near future, sooner would be the best. I perfer a female college student that does not party and is looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live! This is a very nice and clean trailer home (pictures included). I am gone most of the time working or at school, so you would have privacy most of the time. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, which makes it perfect to have your own privacy.

The best part about this house is it is PET FRIENDLY! This home is clean and homey, perfect for a college girl. I have two well behaved border collies that are good house dogs as well.

Rent is $350.00 a month for your half and is due on the 1st of every month. Gas and water are already included. The only bill that we will split is electric, usually ranging around $150.00, making it around $60 for your half. I already have wifi as well!

The house is completely furnished so you wont need to have or bring any furniture if you do not want to. If you do have things, I am not picky at all. I am pretty laid back and very clean.
