First Care Clinic is seeking applications for a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW). 

Duties include:

• Assist patients with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues.
• Provide comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of behavioral health patients.
• Evaluate crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions.
• Assist the primary care team in developing case management processes.
• Facilitate individual, family, group, couples, and marital counseling sessions.

Qualifications:

• Current LSCSW license
• Ability to relate well with patients and other healthcare personnel
• Social and cultural sensitivity
