First Care Clinic is expanding and looking for a full-time case manager. 

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting with all uninsured patients to determine eligibility of sliding fee scale
• Being of aware of other programs offered and referring patients if qualified
• Assisting patients with scheduling of appointments
• Explanation of fees associated with sliding fee scale
• Assisting front office staff and others as needed
• Obtaining and documenting patient information

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required
