The Assistant Director position assists in the hiring, evaluation, and supervision of paraprofessional staff of a transitional program in junction with the Sexual Predator Treatment Program.  The paraprofessional staff provides active care, maintains the security operations of the unit, and are responsible for the supervision of individuals civilly committed to the Sexual Predator Treatment Program and residing at a Reintegration Facility.  This position is responsible for insuring that agency mandates are achieved and that actions are taken to maintain community safety from perpetration from residents in the Sexual Predator Treatment Program.
