The East Half of the East Half (E1/2E1/2) of Section Twenty-One (21), Township five (5) South, Range Twenty-Three (23) West of the 6th P.M. Norton County, Kansas. EXCEPT a one-half mineral interest of M. Darlene Day;

(The remaining half of the mineral interest is held by production on the Tien Unit located adjacent to this tract; This 1/2 mineral interest and allocable production goes to buyer)

AND the surface rights only to the following real estate in Graham County, Kansas:

The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Seven (7) South, Range Twenty-Two (22) West of the 6th P.M, Graham County, Kansas (158 acres+or-), and the West Half (W1/2) of Section Thirty-Three (33), Township Seven (7) South, Range Twenty-Two (22) West of the 6th P.M, Graham County, Kansas, EXCEPT a tract beginning at the Southwest (SW/c) corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), thence North 2640 feet, thence East 487 feet, thence Southeasterly 470 feet, thence South 2372 feet, thence West 892 feet to the point of beginning.
