Concrete Crew Leader

We are currently seeking an experienced, working Concrete Supervisor.  As a member of the QMC team, you will work to promote an atmosphere of dignity and respect among employees, customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors, ensuring that all activities on the site reflect the standards of QMC.  You will assist in creating a team that promotes a positive attitude, developing an atmosphere in which goals and objectives are achieved in a timely and profitable manner.  Projects will be in a 100 mile radius of Quinter and will include concrete formwork, flatwork, placing and finishing.  The qualified individaul will effectively lead and train a crew of 3 or 5 men to perform the work. 

Qualifications:
- minimum 5 years experience in concrete foreman/supervbisor capacity is required
- Commitment to achieving quality results in a timely and profitable manner
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented, quality conscious, production minded, craftsmanship

- Organization - job record keeping, tool trailer organization, etc

- Generally accepted skills to safely operate construction equipment and hand tools
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license.  CDL prefered.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
