FOUNDATION/BASEMENT LEVEL & REPAIRS, SHINGLE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIRS, INSULATION INSTALLED BLOWN OR ROLLED, SIDING REPLACEMENT OR REPAIRS STEEL & OR VINYL, WOOD OR HARDIBOARD, WINDOW & DOOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR, SEWER LINE REPAIRS/REPLACE, WATER LINE REPAIRS/REPLACE, COUNTERTOP REPAIR/REPLACE, CABINETS REPAIR/REPLACE CUSTOM BUILT BY US AVAILABLE, DECKS, STEPS, BASICALLY ANYTHING YOU NEED SHORT OF HEATING & AIR...

Labor cost per hour                            $20.00
(Minimum charge on any job 1 hour)
LABOR COST PER HOUR FOR 2ND MAN IF NEEDED.            $17.50

Mileage charge per mile                        .40 cents

Plumbing cost per hour (sewer/water                        $35.00
set fee for sewer cleanout machine                $75.00
  (We are not "city" licensed for plumbing but have 
    Extensive experience including trenching,
    new bath installation, water heaters, water softners, water line replacement, frozen line repair/replace & more.)  
    
iF PERMITS ARE REQUIRED IT IS CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY 
    FOR THE SAME.
