If you like working outdoors and have experience in cable installation and splicing, or have used digging and trenching equipment, bucket trucks, and other construction equipment, we may have a position for you. 

Nex-Tech is seeking a Construction Assistant to operate various cable installation equipment to complete work orders, maintain and repair buried and aerial plant and equipment, and maintain right-of-way.  Duties will also include routine maintenance and stocking and cleaning of service vehicles and construction equipment.   Summer and winter work conditions.

Requirements:  
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Three months of construction experience.
Experience working with construction equipment. 
Prior telecommunications experience beneficial. 
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a CDL within 60 days of employment.
