I have a 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom duplex for rent in Victoria.  This duplex is located in a very nice neighborhood and it's close to the municipal pool and park.  No garage, but it does have an awning to park under.  Washer and dryer hookups.  1,200 square feet.  Nice sized yard.  No pets and no smoking.  First month rent and a $600 deposit will be required up front.

I plan on installing new cabinets and countertops, so I'll need the month of March to get that finished, making this unit available April 1.
