This position will require working with upper management and staff from the Crop Quest main office in Dodge City, KS.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Hardware support and repair (laptops, ipads, phones, printers, scanner)
• Hardware procurement & sales (laptops, ipads, phones, printers, scanner)
• Maintaining and developing procurement accounts
• Office 365 setup and support
• Server maintenance and support
• Cloning and backup
• Network security
• Documentation & inventory
• Collaborate with team on projects
• Other duties as necessary

Skills required in this position:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, iOS, Android 
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and professionally 
• Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives without close supervision 
• Desire to serve others in a team atmosphere 
• Self-motivation, eager to learn

Interests that put you a step ahead:

• Modern responsive web design principles (HTML/CSS) 
• Desire to learn Ruby on Rails / Visual Basic
• Marketing & design

Position Candidate’s Credentials / Experience:

• Two or Four year degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems
• Valid Driver’s License
