I have a 1976 chevrolet 350 that I recently rebuilt for my senior project. Before I rebuilt it, it had been sitting outside for several years uncovered, it took on water and was seized up. So I took it out and rebuilt it with my grandpa which has rebuilt several by himself. Everything is new and in working order internally. I have not messed with the distrubutor which seems to be off. The exhaust manifold needs to be stretch to fit the new heads I got for it. I put a brand new starter on it and it urns over fine. Just needs the timing set and it should fire right up. The engine is in the buggy right now. can deliver for $2 per mile plus $50 to take it back out unless you want to do it.

The Buggy is a 1980's chevrolet k20. It has a good transmission and transfer case.  The frame has been shortened but other than that its all stock. The brake system is bad, has water in the fill cap. Would take a whole lot to get the machine going again,
