1985 Sportcruiser 38 ft Houseboat

Located at beautiful Wilson Lake, KS.

Boat has plenty of sleeping room with a bedroom with a full bed and closet, a bed up in the crow's nest, a U-shaped banquette that folds down to a queen size bed, a futon type couch and a full size couch.  A full kitchen to feed your crew, with a larger refrigerator.  A full bathroom. Tons of storage. 2 control centers (one inside the boat and one on the flybridge), inboard motor (still winterized), generator (still winterized), new hotwater heater (not currently hooked up) and the water lines and tank are winterized as well.  There is a slide off of the top deck. Top deck and both the front and rear decks have peeling paint (more of a cosmetic issue).  A roof mount heat/AC unit. A very solid boat with a completely fiberglass shell and aluminum pontoons. Comes with a trailer (as is) and the ability to take over the contract of the slip from the Lake Wilson Marina.
