For sale is a 1999 Thor (Dutchman) 5th Avenue camper trailer. It is 33 feet long with one super slide in the living/kitchen area and one in the bed room. The bottom is fully enclosed as it is a 4 seasons trailer. 30 amp electric hookup, had a new dometric air conditioner installed a year ago. 2 years ago, just before I bought it the slide seals were replaced along with the roof resealed. Rain leaked through the roof in the back corner one time for the previous owner which is why it was resealed. One picture shows the wallpaper peeled away but I never had a problem with it.
