I am looking for someone to take over my year lease that ends in May!(a full School year) available asap. The apartment is affordable for any college student and walking distance to campus. It is a really nice and clean with new carpet and kitchen flooring! Rent is $280 a month, plus electric which runs about $30-40 each.
