I believe it holds 30 gallons.  You can pump fuel into it and out of it.  Works great for emptying fuel tanks so you don't have to drop them full of fuel.  Or great just to have around the house to fill lawnmowers, 4wheelers or anything thing else you may have.  Made out of steel not plastic and has solid tires so never a flat tire.
