Refrigerator and Stove included.  Applications can be picked up at 213 Horace Greeley Avenue on office exterior window anytime.  Return to office during business hours or leave in mail box on door. Mail boxes and laundry room located in building.  

Pet Deposit is $100 and Non Refundable pet is $250, $350 has to be paid before pet can enter and must be approved.  One pet limit allowed.
