My friend and I, both females, are looking for a third roommate. The room we have available is fairly small but comes with a wardrobe. It's a beautiful, spacious house with an awesome fenced in backyard!  Washer, dryer, and all other appliances are included! We already have a table and chairs, and all living room furniture, so all you would need to supply is the stuff you'd like for your room. Rent is $280 per person and utilities usually run about $50 per person. We have already put the deposit down, so we would need reembursed for your third of the deposit. We will be moving in in May.
