We are doing a move in special, tent is $550/month with $300 deposit normally, however we are doing half rent 1st month so you can move in for $525, that's $225 first month and $300 security deposit. Pets are a case by case basis with $200 non refundable deposit. Renter pays Electric and tv/internet etc. Landlord pays Natural Gas, water/sewage/trash. Available little after October 1st.
