Logan County Hospital in Oakley, Kansas has an immediate opening for a Director of Surgical Services.  This position manages and coordinates operating room functions, interprets policies, procedures, standards and regulations as appropriate.  The director will also perform duties in any nursing capacity as needed. Candidate should possess strong leadership skills and be detail oriented.

RN Degree in nursing with two (2) years' experience in medical/surgical in an acute hospital is preferred.  Candidate must possess good problem solving skills and the ability to set priorities and make appropriate clinical and supervisory decisions.
