Offering birthing classes for russell and all surrounding areas group style classes are starting October 1st from 6 to 8 pm they will be on Tuesdays And go 4weeks
In this class couples will be taught all about the birth process. You will be taught positioning for comfort and birth partners will be taught how to support the women in birth what they are going to need . We will be talking in depth about all the things that are happening to your body and how amazing the female body is . We will be also will talk about natural birth C-sections and also medicated birth.
You will all be able to ask as many questions as possible . Its not all learning and papers I also have some fun things plan as well please get signed up quickly so I can plan great things started  classes are held  at 610 N Elm suite B.
