Our intent is to provide help and advice at what ever level is asked from any new operator. Before opening, the building was refurbished and equipment was repaired or replaced. Susank has city water, sewer, trash and natural gas service. Gross annual sales for 2015, 2016 and 2017were in excess of $100,000 each. Restaurant is open 36 hours per week A close partnership of two or more can operate and earn a nice living with this business. This financial information is verifiable by bank and tax records. The property for sale includes 50x140 lot, 1500 sq ft building, all operating and support equipment and the food inventory.
