TERMS & CONDITIONS:

H&H Auction Company, LLC is a Class III FFL.  This is a consignment Auction, by law we must have Buyers fill out an ATF Form 4473 & submit to background check before transferring firearms, the ONLY exception is if you are a licensed FFL Dealer yourself.  Buyers must present a valid Driver’s License or State ID or KS Conceal Carry Permit.  If you have a valid KS Conceal Carry Permit this will speed up the transfer process ass you will only need to complete a Form 4473.  You must be 21 years old to purchase handguns & 18 years old to purchase long guns.  Out of state residents may purchase long guns but handguns MUST be sent to an FFL Dealer in your state.  We accept Cash, good local checks & credit/debt cards with a 3% fee.  No items removed until paid for.  Shipping firearms will be $30 each if you require shipping.  10% Buyer Premium will be applied to all sales.  Since this is a consignment Auction we must charge sales tax.  If you are a Felon or prohibited from purchasing a firearm do not bid on any firearms.  All announcements day of Auction take precedence over any previously written material or statements made prior to Auction day.
