Restored antique "The Artophone" phonograph. Beautiful mahogany cabinet with storage for records & music in the cabinet below. This phonograph was from The Artophone Company, 454 North Boyle Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, established January 1916. I am not certain of the exact year for this model, but it would have been sometime shortly after their origination in 1916. Plays beautifully when cranked with the hand crank. It has been a wonderful conversation piece for visitors to experience in our antique shop. Comes with extra needles & we do have a few records available for purchase.
